Andrea has served as a special consultant for equitable education at the state educational agency level where she co-designed and facilitated the Missouri Equity Lab with district leaders and their executive teams from across the state. Dr. ADS has served as a national panelist at a convening hosted by the U.S. Department of Education, and has presented at numerous conferences at the regional, state, and national level. Most recently, Andrea presented during pre-conference at the National Association for Elementary School Principals Conference and co-presented a session at the American Association of School Personnel Administrators National Conference. In addition, she co-authored an article in the School Business Affairs publication on the topic of Growing Your Own Educator Workforce.
As an engaging and inspiring speaker, Dr. ADS has been sought out as a presenter at conferences, retreats, luncheons, and leadership summits. Her passion and purpose is to authentically inspire individuals and organizations to actualize their fullest potential. As a systems thought partner and strategic, futuristic leader, Andrea empowers her clients to plan, develop, implement and evaluate actionable goals that result in organizational change, and in turn foster cultures of excellence for educational leaders, the teams they lead, and the students and families they serve.
